Event Description:
Neo Yoga School, located at 1154 Hinkle Drive, next to Wal-Mart. Owner Matt Herold offers a non-traditional Bikram studio offering 90, 75, and 60 minutes 26&2 classes, 75 and 60-minute vinyasa classes, and our very own hour-long Bikram flow class known as the Union. All classes are held at 85 degrees, and all classes are beginner level.
